Red Carpet Win!
So amongst the pathetic crop of red carpet looks I have found a favourite who brought the style, glamour and pizzazz that were sorely lacking tonight. On any night such a sophisticated look would have stolen attention, but with such yawn-inducing competition, Uggie from The Artist, take your bow, you were truly head and shoulders above the competition.
PS Yes Hollywood, a DOG, a DOG. For shame.
PPS That concludes my Golden Globe red carpet coverage for this year. I’d comment on how the actual event went and the winners (which is what the event is about), but free-to-air Australia hasn’t played the GG’s since Ricky Gervais started hosting it (for shame), so I can’t be bothered (but congrats to The Artist).
